Regulations

• Reservation requests can be made by phone or e-mail.
• You will receive confirmation of your reservation with information about your stay and payment arrangements.
• A 50% deposit by bank transfer is required.
• The balance is due at check-in, either in cash or by bank transfer.
• In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
• A 4% municipal tourist tax is added to the daily rate.
• Cash, cards, debit cards and bank transfers are accepted.

• Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (please advise your arrival time).
• Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. / 10:30 a.m. to allow for room cleaning.
• Upon arrival, you are required to present a valid ID for registration as required by law.
• After registration and payment of the balance, we will accompany you to your room and common areas.
• 📄 Note: The B&B does not issue tax documents, but a non-tax receipt with details of your stay.

• Served buffet style between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
• Please consume it only in the dedicated area.
• It is forbidden to consume food in your room or use your own stove.

• Room cleaning and towel change: daily.
• Bed linen change: every 4 days.
• Parking is available on the quiet public road adjacent to the villa.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
• Do not leave valuables unattended: the rooms do not have safes.
• The B&B is not responsible for theft or loss.
• Always close doors and windows when leaving.
• Use toilets properly and do not flush waste down the toilet.
• Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the room.

We are happy to welcome your pets, subject to a few simple rules:

• The presence of the animal must be communicated at the time of booking.
• Management reserves the right to accept or refuse the animal based on the stated conditions.
• Animals must be kept on a leash at all times, even in outdoor areas.
• Owners must bring everything necessary for the well-being and cleanliness of their pet.
• It is forbidden to use the B&B linen for animals.
• Animals must not disturb other guests.
• It is forbidden to leave them alone in the room at any time.
• Access is prohibited to the breakfast room.
